Vickie's obituary

Mrs. Vickie Diane Barnes went home to Jesus on May 17, 2025 at age 68.

Vickie was born to Loyel and Deana Stacy on January 26, 1957 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a child and teenager, she enjoyed volleyball, baton twirling, cheerleading and playing the clarinet. 

Vickie met her husband, Edwin in 1978 at Broken Arrow Assembly of God church. They married in 1980 and went on to have two children, Shawna and Jason. In addition to being a dedicated and loving mother, Vickie also loved her dog Obie, crafting with the church ladies and spending time in prayer & God's Word. Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God, which she shared with those who surrounded her. 

Vickie joins her father Loyel Lee Stacy, her mother Deana Crandell, her step-father Ed Crandell as well as other dear family members in Heaven. She is survived by her husband Edwin Barnes, daughter Shawna Scullion, son-in-law Mark Scullion, son Jason Barnes, daughter-in-law Cassy Barnes and her grandchildren Devin and Austin.
