Passed away peacefully at the age of 71 after battling Lewy Body Dementia for several years.
Vicki was born in St. Paul, and grew up in White Bear Lake, MN. She graduated from White Bear High School in 1970, and continued her education at Bemidji State University, followed by Arthur B.
