Victoria Elizabeth “Vicki” Phillips, born March 21, 1951, in Paxton, Illinois, peacefully joined her heavenly family on March 9, 2025. She was the daughter of Raymond Tucker and Bettie (Ross) Tucker.
Vicki is survived by her devoted husband, Melvin Phillips of La Grange; her son, Mathew Phillips and his wife Erin of Louisville; and her daughter, Brittany (Phillips) Slater and her husband Jason of Montgomery, Illinois. She was a proud and loving “Nana” to her …
