Background
The Brevard Humane Society is not only a "No Kill" shelter, but also saves animals from other counties in Florida that are "kill" shelter. Vicki was fond of the way that the Humane Society cares for their animals and agreed that they should have a much larger facility in order to offer care to more animals.
