Vicki Neubauer was born Vicki Ramona Asbury on August 24th, 1954, in Berwind, West Virginia. She was a “military brat” and traveled the world as a child. She lived on Military bases across the globe including Japan. In her early 20s, she married Robert W. Darby and became a Military wife. Again, traveling the world and living in Germany for a period. Robert predeceased Vicki in 1998. Vicki married Bruce Neubauer in 1997 and shortly …
