Vicki will be so incredibly missed.
She had a rare kindness about her, one that made people feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for. This year, during my maternity leave, she was the very first person I spoke with, and the compassion she showed me during that time and throughout my pregnancy is something I will always carry with me. She checked in often, not because she had to, but because that was who she was.
Vicki had a way of making every conversation feel personal, even through a Google Meet or a phone call. You could truly feel her love and support in every interaction, always accompanied by laughter and genuine connection.
I was truly honored to know her. My deepest condolences to her family, friends, and everyone whose lives she touched.
Thank you, Vicki, for everything.

You will be dearly missed Vicki. You taught me so much this past year and supported me through some tough times. I am forever grateful for the chats we had and all the love/care you showed. I'm so glad we got to meet in person last October in St Louis. It was an honor to have crossed paths.

Vicki will always be loved and missed by many. Her drive and compassion touched and changed so many other lives for the better, including my own. From the depths of my heart, I can proudly say that I am honored to have known her, learned from her, loved her, been loved by her, and was supported by her. She was more than a manager, but a true leader with a vision for her team. I can't say that I've had any other leaders in my career truly consider my aspirations and set me on a true path to reach my goals. Others have asked out of obligation but Vicki took all of our talents, strengths, and desires into account. She was a masterful conductor of the orchestra that makes up our team: leading, supporting, strengthening, and harmonizing. Thank you, Vicki. I learned so much about myself, dentistry, HR, the world, and life from you. We will continue your legacy by leading with empathy and continuing to push ourselves to be better versions of ourselves every day. Rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear about Vicki's passing. She will be fondly remembered for her contributions towards bridging the gap in access to oral healthcare. Peace be with her family and friends.
