Vicente “Bebot” Hilado Encarnacion passed away on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 in Salinas, California at the age of 74.

He was born in San Jose, Antique, Philippines on April 5, 1946 to Clarita and Francisco Encarnacion. He was the youngest of five siblings and lived the longest out of all his brothers and sisters.
