Veronica Schneider, passed away on July 16, 2025.  An enduring pillar of strength and love, Veronica was born April 21, 1948 to Green Combs and Melissa (Shockey) in Hazzard KY.  She is proceeded in death by her Husband Dale. Her mother and father and her Brother Wayne. Mother to sons Scott, Dale, and James. Grandchildren Heather, Ashley, Zachary, Alyssa K.C., Nathan, Landyn and Brennan. Her two great grandchildren Josie and Charlie. Two sisters Pat Brewer and Helen Corbin. Two Brothers Steve and Carl Combs. She had many cousins, nieces and nephews. Who survives her today. Devotion to her family was unfaltering and her grandchildren were her greatest accomplishments. She instilled in them the same values of authenticity and generosity that she carried in her heart, and it is through them that her spirit will continue to live on.

In the kitchen, Veronica found joy and contentment. Her love of food was more than a simple passion; it was a testament to her belief in the power of shared meals to bring people together, create cherished memories, and express love. Her greatest lessons often revolved around the dining table, where generations of family were taught the importance of good food and even greater company.

Veronica leaves behind a legacy that extends beyond her immediate family. Her absence creates a void that cannot be filled, but her spirit lingers on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in her life. To say she will be missed is an understatement; she will be remembered, celebrated, and loved eternally.
