Vernon Vance,a loving husband to his wife Donna Vance, as well as a father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and great- grandfather passed away on February 20, 2023. He was 85 years old.

He was born and died in Oroville,California. He was retired from the United

States Air Force and a Vietnam Veteran. He left behind his loving wife of 31

Years, Donna Vance and her adult children Cindy Carrasco and Randy Losh.

Also his adult children from his first wife Geneva, Tammy Logan, Dwight

Vance, Bill Vance all of Las Vegas, Nv. His other adult children from his second

Marriage to Margaret, Jessie Council and Tami Brannan of Texas. Also his

Sisters, DeAnna Ferguson, Rebacca VanKley. He had 19 grandchildren and 19

Great-grandchildren between all. He was preceded in death by his step-son

Ronnie Losh and son Eugene Vance. He will be missed dearly by his entire

family.

His final resting place is Sacramento Valley National Cemetary,5810 Midway Rd.,
