Jehovah must of been grinning seeing your Father expend himself in his service to the very end. A modern day example of integrity and loyalty. Tears may flow due to missing him and while sharing memories of a wonderful father, be assured every tear is caught by Jehovah. My tears are for you all as we mourn the loss of your father and say goodbye for now. We look forward to the time we can welcome both back. Then all of you can be grinning.
I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to meet Vernon! It was a highlight of my family’s life to meet him while they were caretakers in Madera and to discover that we were distant relatives! What a great example of a family man that spent his whole life putting Jehovah first! Though I didn’t know him well I know he has a beautiful family and will be greatly missed!
We are so sorry for your heavy hearts and hope you find comfort in Jehovah’s beautiful brotherhood. After reading the program we look with even greater anticipation of when we will see LeRoy and be able to hear firsthand all his wonderful experiences. Such a wonderful example of a husband, father, and Witness.
We are so sorry for your loss. We never got to know your parents. This is a wonderful story about your Dad. What a beautiful spiritual heritage your parents left to you. I’m sure they were very proud of you both (Scott and Stacey).
Examples of faith like this help us to stay determined to follow their wonderful example of integrity. Soon we will be welcoming our loved ones back in an awesome family reunion. We love you. Paul and Denise
We are so so sorry for this sadness . We are praying that Jehovah soothe and comfort your hearts and just hold onto you with his strong loving hand ❤️- kuntz family

I’m grateful to LeRoy and Louise for raising one of my dearest friends. It is evident in Scott’s character the kind of parents that they were. Above all they they gave a good spiritual example and instilled good qualities into their kids. I think LeRoy must have had good work ethic and an appreciation for all that Jehovah provides because I see that very much in his son. And from what Ive learned about him he worked very hard for Jehovah. My experience with LeRoy and Louise is limited but memorable. At one convention LeRoy and Louise got separated and Louise went missing, temporarily, and LeRoy and Scott went searching. I saw the concern and determination in LeRoy. He did not rest til he found her. You could tell what she meant to him and how much he loved her.
I look forward to knowing them better when they wake up. LeRoy will be a very valuable shepherd in the new world along side his son and with a very capable young Louise at his side too. Love you Scott and Stace. And our love goes out to the whole family as well. Better things are soon to come 😊
So sorry for your loss my dear brother 😢 We are really looking forward to the time when Jehovah will very soon call your father‘s name, he will answer, and live at His command—forever. Job 14:14,15
Sending my love to you Scott and Stacey, your family will be our prayers ♥️

Our love is with Scott & Stacey, our dear friends from Fairfield AH (2016).
Though we never had the privilege to meet Vernon, we look forward to doing so soon. (Isaiah 26:19) Rest assured of our love.
From Linda Montoya:   It’s at…

From Linda Montoya:   It’s at the Sonora Kingdom Hall. LeRoy gave a talk up there and I got to go with them!!
Please accept my condolences. As a Monty was like a father, so brother Leroy Lindsay was as a spiritual grandfather. He always shared such wonderful, usually spiritual stories and memories. When I was a teen in Madera, he gave needed counsel, sometimes sternly but always had a warm smile. He gave good advice on my talks which is still useful to me. If you wanted to learn something, it seemed that there wasn’t a subject he didn’t know about. I know that he is safe in Jehovah God’s limitless memory. Soon he’ll be restored to when we knew him at his best! I give my love to all the Lindsay family.
I met Leroy when his granddaughter and I were teenagers. This was when he and his wife were caretakers at the Madera Assembly Hall. We would get ready for assembly there, taking up space in the bathroom crimping and hairspraying and he just smiled whenever he passed us. Every time I saw Br Lindsay after that, he had the same kind and mild facial expression. What a wonderful person and good example to us all. I look forward to seeing Br Lindsay and his wife young again and in good health in the Paradise to come.
