Vernon Anthony Celestino D’Souza, 56, of Stockton, Ca, passed away on December 15th, 2021. Vernon was born on February 23rd, 1965 to Peter and Cleta D’Souza in Uganda, Africa. After graduating from Stagg High School in 1984, he went on to become a journeyman machinist. He continued his career as a licensed HVAC contractor serving Stockton, Ca for over 25 years.
