Vernie McLean (Williams) was born on January 25, 1939 in Rock Springs, Jamaica to Enid L. Campbell and Lywin A. McLean. She was the first of her siblings to immigrate from Kingston, Jamacia to the United States in 1968. She married Richard Williams and had two daughters. She had a career as a home health professional for over thirty years. She lived in Stamford, CT for over fifty years. A great woman who will truly be missed by family and friends. She is preceded by her daughter Katina Williams and siblings Monica Beach, Errol McLean Easton McLean and Voisey Graham. She’s survived by her daughters Alcyon Ellam, Sharon Williams, 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
