Verna's obituary

Verna Lou Woolsey was born in Provo, Arkansas to Omer and Lula Prock. She lived in several states, but considered Rolla, Kansas “back home”, graduating from high school in 1952. After attending Draughon’s Business College in Amarillo, Texas, she married Dean Woolsey (deceased) and moved to Webster City, Iowa. In July 1966 the family moved to Tucson, Arizona. Verna loved Tucson and lived there for almost 60 years. She was faithful to the Lord Jesus and attended church regularly as well as being a true prayer warrior for her family, friends, & more. She loved her family which consisted of: 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren! Verna was preceded in death by her daughter Kim Yvonne McClintock and her parents: William Omer Prock and Lula Inez (Diggs) Prock and her younger brother Donald Prock. She is survived by her daughters Dena E. Casey and Krysti Ann Boulware, her son Steven W. B. Woolsey and son-in-law M. Paul McClintock. She is also survived by her older sister Verneece Miller of Amarillo, Tx.

God stepped out of eternity into time so we could step out of time into eternity with Him.

As a firm believer in Jesus Christ, Verna always had hope!
