Velma's obituary
We regret to announce the passing of Velma "Rudi" Ryan, 79, of Cookeville, TN, on March 26, 2023. Velma passed away surrounded by her loved ones after battling a brief illness.
Velma was predeceased by her mother and father, Velma and Archie, as well as her loving husband William, her sister Katherine and grandson Ryan.
She is survived by her daughter Melanie, her sisters Vickie and Phyllis, grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as many loving friends and extended family.
She has always been, and will always be, loved very much and she will be greatly missed.
Interment at Arlington Cemetery alongside her husband will be announced at a later date.
