Velia went home to Jesus on September 7, 2021 at the age of 71. Velia Galvez was born to Rosario Serrano Carrillo and Anastacio Carrillo on February 7th, 1950 in Pihuamo, Jalisco. Velia Galvez married and went on to have six children, Patty, Lidia, Linda, Aureliano, Zulema and Ulises.
