Vance Tracy – Obituary
Monroe, WI – Vance L Tracy, 64, passed away unexpectedly on
September 19, 2025. Born in Janesville, WI on December 14, 1960, the son of
Raymond and Norma Tracy.
Vance was a master carpenter and was employed by Findorff Corp.
as a carpenter for over 20 years. After retiring from Findorff he started Tracy
Construction, and his creative work can be viewed throughout Green and Rock
counties. He was proud of his work and created beautiful pieces for family and
friends. Vance shared the home that he built with his girlfriend of 26 years,
Carolyn Mullen, along with their pride and joy, Jack. Vance had many talents,
but his love for carpentry exceeded them all. He loved being the center of
attention and making people laugh. He was the life of the party at any
occasion. His charisma and smilIe will remain in our hearts forever. He is
greatly missed.
Vance was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Tracy, grandparents,
and many aunts and uncles. He is survived by his mother, Norma Tracy, his
children, Michael Anderson, Angela Ware, Shawn Tracy, special friend, Carolyn
Mullen, his brother, Scott Tracy, sisters Tammy (Brad) Knapp, and Colleen (Al)
Ostenson. ten grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
A celebration of Vance’s life will be held at 3:00 pm on
October 25th, 2025, at the Jefferson County Community Center in
Juda, WI.
In lieu of flowers, donations and memories cam be shared at Ever
