Every interaction I ever had with Vance was a good one. He was very smart and was proud of the work he did at Collins. I never heard him say a bad word about anyone and I never heard anyone say a bad thing about him, ever. He will be very missed, and I wish for peace for his family and loved ones.

I worked with vance for several years at UTC. "Collins Aerospace" Vance was always smiling and laughing always nice a super good guy. Extremely sad to hear the news of him passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family. He will be missed

One thing that stood out was a conversation he had with his daughter before her bedtime. He was on 2nd shift with me and I over heard him telling her goodnight. He was joking around with her. I could hear her laughing over the phone. It was nice. He was a good dad. I'm sorry for his wife and daughter.
