Valerie Gail Kirland Perkins was called home to be with her beloved mother, Betty, on August 29th, 2022. Born on July 10th, 1959, she graced this earth with her goodness and light for 63 years. Val graduated from Cotton Center High School as a part of the Class of 1977. She later attended Wayland Baptist University in Plainview, TX until 1981, where she met Edward A.
