Valerie DiRisio, 66, born December 26, 1958, passed away on April 4, 2025. Mother of two and grandmother of two.

Originally from upstate NY, she moved to Orlando, FL in the late 90s. Started working for Walt Disney World in housekeeping, then moved to merchandise, ride operator, then finally front desk at one of the resorts. She retired from Disney in 2018, a year after her husband, Michael DiRisio passed away due to heart failure.

Currently waiting to finish paying off her remaining balance for the Neptune Society. Once that's done they will handle the cremation and deliver her ashes to me. Then I will finally start to mourn the loss of my mother. After a couple months I will arrange to have her buried alongside my late step father at the Bushnell National Cemetery here in FL.
