My little sister was a bigger then life personality that also tended to keep everything very guarded when it came to personal details. She struggled with mental health off and on as well as other health issues. In the end I believe her leaving this earth was a side effect of medication she had been given more then anything else going on in life. She loved her children more then words could ever capture. When mental health wanes those who struggle rarely make it known or talk about it. If you notice anyone in your life acting in ways that are just off, even just a little, make space in your day to talk to them openly and lovingly. Do not dismiss the difficult behavior. Love does not always show up easily when life gets chaotic, but that is when it is the most important.
