As we light these candles in memory of Vasek Navratil and in honor of him, we light this candle for our grief together, for our courage, for our memories, for our love, and for our hope.

This candle represents our grief. The pain of losing you is intense. It reminds us of the depth of our love for you.

This candle represents our courage – to confront our sorrow, to comfort each other, and to change our lives.

This candle is in your memory – the times we laughed, the times we cried, the times we were angry with each other, the silly things you did, and the caring and joy you gave us.

This candle is the light of love. Day by day we cherish the special place in our hearts that will always be reserved for you. We thank you for the gift your living brought to each of us.

And this candle is the light of hope. It reminds us of the love and the memories of you that are ours forever. May the glow of the flame be our source of hopefulness now and forever. We love you.

Tento víkend, jsem se dozvěděl smutnou zprávu, že Vašek bohužel koncem března 2023 zemřel. Vážení pozůstalí, je mi nesmírně líto ztráty vašeho syna, manžela, tatínka a kamaráda. I když jsem Vaška neviděl minimálně 20 let, co odešel do států, tak mě to připadá, tak jako by to bylo včera. Vašku odpočívej v pokoji. Kamarád z dětství a spolužák z Kroměříže

• I miss you dad, i still remember my 10th birthday went we went to Chicago and found a building  that had a harry potter place and we saw all the details from that place. I want to go there again with you there. I miss you. :( Thomas
