Ural Lee Richey, Jr. was born June 10, 1971 to Ural Lee Richey, Sr. and Lillian “Carol” (Addison) Richey in Clinton, OK. He passed away November 17, 2023 in El Reno, OK at the age of 52. Jr grew up in Geary, Oklahoma where he graduated in 1989 from Geary High School. Upon graduation, he joined the US Army National Guard, where he served in Field Artillery.
