I worked at a company where Ugbo was working at Oakland. She is such a nice person and offered to help me with work related matters.
A kind hearted person , she is full of life and hope. She will be missed as she made a huge difference to many lives. I pray for he soul to rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of working in a different office within the GSA, but collaborated with Ugbo on orders for IT Supplies and Equipment.

Ugbo was always very sweet, upbeat and professional. She is missed!

She is an interesting person has an interesting background and it would have been wonderful to get to know her better and to learn more about her and her background!

My prayers go out to Ugbo, her family, friends and may she be with us all, always now...
