Beloved wife and mother Tuoi Thi To passed away on June 5, 2023 in Seattle, Washington at home with her loved ones. She was 71 years old.

Tuoi was born in Cà Mau, Vietnam to To Thanh and Tran Kieu Ty. She immigrated to Seattle in 1980, where she built a thriving life with her husband. Her indomitable spirit allowed her to start anew and forge a path for her children to succeed. All this revealed the tenacity and resiliency of her spirit.

Tuoi was an advocate for education and self sufficiency. She valued tradition and strove to instill the values of her culture into her children and grandchildren. She was a proponent of health and wellness. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends to many locations including to Asia and Europe. She spent her time gardening, listening to music, watching Vietnamese variety shows, and going on walks with her husband.

Tuoi is survived by her husband of 50 years, Minh Huynh; three children, Liem Huynh (Ann), Trang Fly (Dave), and Paul Huynh; two grandchildren, Maily Fly and Rilan Fly; her younger sister, Tuyet Nguyen, and younger brother, Binh To.

The service will be held at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Home on June 17, 2023. Visitation will start at 9am followed by the memorial service at 12pm.
