Beloved wife and mother Tuoi Thi To passed away on June 5, 2023 in Seattle, Washington at home with her loved ones. She was 71 years old.
Tuoi was born in Cà Mau, Vietnam to To Thanh and Tran Kieu Ty. She immigrated to Seattle in 1980, where she built a thriving life with her husband. Her indomitable spirit allowed her to start anew and forge a path for her children to succeed. All this …
