Update from Jan. 9, 2026

To start off the celebration there will be a flag ceremony for pawpaw that starts at 6 pm sharp. U can arrive a little early to make sure you don't miss it. It will be recorded for anyone to see if you cannot arrive a little early. I will have the room at 5 pm so it will be fine. Thank you see you all there!!

Our beloved husband, father, great + grandfather, brother and dear friend, Truitt Neil Works, departed his earthen vessel and entered into God’s Eternal Kingdom on December 20, 2025.

Truitt was born on September 28, 1935 to B.J. & Ceola Works. He was the second oldest to 5 brothers, Bud, L.T., Jerry, Maurice and Vic, along with 1 sister, Lovena Kay.

Truitt enlisted in the military as a Marine in 1953, serving 10 years mostly stationed …
