I worked with Trudy when she began working at UMC medical center (Lafayette) in 1983. The last time I saw her was soon after Andrea was born. Despite the many years that have passed I’ve never forgotten her kindness and compassion and reading about her death was both sad and shocking. To her kids and family, I can say she may be gone but she is not forgotten!

Sorry to hear about Trudy’s passing. She was a very special lady, full of life. 

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Trudy’s family. Rest in peace my wonderful childhood friend. I will always remember your bright smile and laugh. Thank you for the  wonderful memories we created together.  We had so much fun fishing, swimming, and boating on False River at our home. We enjoyed many days and evenings at your family home playing kick the cans, hide n seek, as well as visiting the camp on Old River. What fun we had singing in the back of the truck all the way there! I’m so glad I was able to see you several years ago and remember all the wonderful times we enjoyed together!

So sorry to hear of Trudy’s passing. Though we lost touch after high school I will always remember her vivacious personality and those sparkling eyes every time she smiled or laughed. May all who knew and loved her through her wonderful life be comforted in her passing♥️
