Aunt Trudy always had a kind word, good advice, and a big hug whenever you needed it. I will remember her as thoughtful, loving, and fun. I cherish all the great memories we had together. Growing up in Florida and all our holiday gatherings, traveling to North Carolina and picnics in the Blue Ridge Mountains, being together at family reunions, and so many other great memories (like her love of roller coasters!) I will hold close to my heart. Aunt Trudy is with Mom, and Grammie and Gramp now. I can't wait for a big hug when I see you again!

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your mother, Trudy. My heart aches for you and your family during this most difficult time. Please accept my deepest, heartfelt sympathy to you and your family for your loss. I can’t find the words to express how sorry I am. I have known Trudy for many years, dating back to our high school days and as life happens, you sometimes lose touch for whatever reason, and I haven’t been in touch with Trudy for several years. May you find comfort in the cherished memories you shared together and may her memory bring you peace. Trudy was a true blessing to so many people and may you find strength in her memory and I know her love will continue to surround you. 🙏💔🙏💔🙏

I love you my Trudy. I’ll miss you. Mike sends you his love too. There’s never enough time…but we know where you’ve gone, and Grace is there with Mom and Dad and everyone we love. See you when God calls us. “For I know the plans I have for you…” Jeremiah 29:11❤️

My sister was a loving and caring sissy to me. We had many fun visits and travels together (sometimes with my oldest sis Grace). They were a laugh-riot when they were together—which I believe they are now, upstairs, keeping God busy. She’d be the first person to call and sing happy birthday to me and the first to call if there was some issue where I lived. I recall a 4:30 am (California time) call that woke me because she heard there was a bad earthquake nearby and she was checking to be sure I was ok. She wouldn’t hang up and let me get back to sleep until I went outside and checked the foundation and roof for cracks or damage! As a young kid, I remember her in the rocking chair in our living room singing to Johnny Mathis records (she had a great singing voice and sang in the choir at St John Vianney Catholic Church). Another favorite memory is all the fun we had dancing around the room doing the Fiddler on the Roof song and dance. Hilarity! She was always someone I could talk to, a great listener and supporter with any problem. She always had my back. With Trudy on your side, you knew you had a friend who’d be there. I miss her so much and always will, till we meet again. Love you my Trudy.
