I am just heartbroken for your loss.   What a beautiful service honoring Troy!   So proud of you and sweet Lilly.  All your love shines on in your family.  You’re truly blessed with wonderful people around you.  Embrace the love 🙏♥️🌹

Dear Wayne and Janice Gray,

So sorry to hear of the passing of your grandson. My oldest is about the same age so I can relate, but I cannot imagine the loss. Prayers that the love ofJesus will overwhelm you during these difficult days.

Troy, I don’t understand why you had to leave so soon but know this young man you have always had a special place in mine and Darrell’s heart, and always will. You always had such a happy smile when I’d come by the shop. We both learned from you how to love others.  I pray you are safe with Jesus.

I'm very sorry to hear about Troy. He was a great and fun nephew and will be missed dearly. Praying for all.

I am so grateful for all the moments I had with Troy. Simple moments like sitting in his Buick listening to Rush in high school and sharing everything, debating whether Tupac was a poet or a rapper (Troy was right-poet), a particularly heated argument about how to get to Crazy Earls (before the days of GPS, after we made up he got me some pie to make up for it), watching CAKE play in the pouring down rain, and so many other memories I hold dear.

Despite the distance that grew between us and all of his earthly struggles, I never stopped loving my friend and I hope he knew.

I’m going to miss him so much and hope he is somewhere kinder and gentler where his light can shine.

My thoughts are with Troy’s family during this time. Praying for peace for you all.

I will miss your hugs and our talks....we would, laugh and cry but mostly laugh. You touched my heart and I'm heartbroken that u are gone. Praying that you have the peace and joy of soul you did not have here. Til I see you again I love u my sweet friend.
We have fond memories of Troy visiting our house in Maryland as a young boy and spending time with him at his sister Amy's wedding as a young man. He was a sweet soul and will be missed.
