Background
Troy Stout passed away unexpectedly 7/13/24 leaving behind a wife and 2 sons. At the time of his passing he was not working due to health problems so he had no life insurance of any kind. The family is struggling to come up with funeral costs so donations of any amount would be very appreciated.
