Dad you fought the good fight and even fights you shouldn't've! Thank you for all of your Love, Support, and Help. Thank you for always providing a ride for us for any event during school and way into adulthood too. Thank you for always being our defender, even when we did not want you to LOL. Thank you for always remembering all of your grandchildren's birthdays, what a great memory you had. Finally thank you for always remaining friends with our mothers!

He was preceded in death by both parents, his brother Richard Theodore Dugan - Ohio (passed August 9, 2014) and his daughter Pamela Ann Dugan - Pasadena, California (passed August 31, 2022).
