Troy J Dugan passed away on October 2, 2023, in Pasadena, California. He was born on August 28, 1950 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Troy Dugan Sr (passed November 22, 1997)and Lutheria Fountain-Dugan (passed October 4, 1957).

He was preceded in death by both parents, his brother Richard Theodore Dugan - Ohio (passed August 9, 2014) and his daughter Pamela Ann Dugan - Pasadena, California (passed August 31, 2022).

He is survived by two ex-wives Mary Sue Earl-Dugan and Victoria Kathel Johnson - Dugan.

He is survived by his youngest brother Calvin Eugene Dugan - Choctaw Oklahoma and wife Shelia Rae Dugan and only daughter Aisha Lanae Dugan

He is survived by his eldest daughter Robin Renee Dugan - Altadena, California, and his only son Spencer Lamont Dugan - Newton, Kansas.

Troy also leaves behind his forever loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Father Spencer Lamont Dugan – Granddaughter Kandyce Nicole Dugan (great-granddaughter Willow Rain Vega), Granddaughter Ashely Breanne Dugan (great -granddaughter Mya Itzel Gamez), Grandson Zachariah DaShawn Dugan (great- granddaughter Beyonca Grace Dugan) - All in Sunny California

Granddaughter Brianna Atia Dugan (great-grandsons Montavius Marquis Lewis and Fredaruis Devon Carter) and Grandson Spencer Lamont Dugan Jr - Forrest City Arkansas

He is also survived by two nieces who are Ricky’s daughters Regina Dugan -Houston Texas and Rickia Dugan -Massillon Ohio.
