Trish was a trusted spiritual adviser and a friend. Someone who impacted my life in a big way! She was part of multiple iterations of the Art Club, Hope Rippeon and I started where spirit and creativity were the focus. I remember one of her vision boards had things that went off the poster board. My head exploded, she was not pasting in the lines… and this is the beauty of her spirit… a one of a kind spirit who impacted many lives with her love, wisdom, and joy.
I first met Trish during a lunch break from a Char Sundust class in 2005 starting a very sweet spiritual connection. In recent years we did not spend time together however she holds a special place in my heart! Her smile and laughter are etched in my memory… The number of laugh with Trish, until we almost peed our pants are way too many.
On a serious note, seeing Trish as a spiritual advisor and gifting people in my life with readings from her will always be impactful. Two of the assignments she gave me that I will share with all of you as a part of her Legacy. I share this as a way for Trish to continue to reach people.
Assignment 1 - was to get a little notebook and for 3 months write down all the ideas that I generated and then look back to see what my heart and spirit were saying to me. This was in support of moving life forward to address my list of passion projects. I vividly remember sitting at my corporate cubicle writing things in this notebook, which I credit to the freedom I experience today in my life as I pursue my passion projects!
Assignment 2 suggestion was a book she introduced “Rituals for Transformation 108 day journey to your sacred life” by Briana and Dr. Peter Borten. It really was transformational!
There are so many memories and this photo of her expressing love says it all!
With great love and gratitude for this loving spirit Trish Shallest ✨💕😊💕✨
