It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Travis Onuora Emdin, who left us on February 29, 2024, at the age of 71. Born on March 20, 1952, in Lagos, Nigeria, Travis was a graduate of Tuskegee University, where he earned his BSEE in Electrical Engineering. Known for his vibrant energy and infectious enthusiasm, he was a beacon of kindness and compassion in his community. Travis is survived by his beloved sons, George E. Emdin and Fredrick C. Emdin. He will be remembered for his unwavering generosity and spirit, and although he succumbed to COVID-19, his legacy of love will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know him. May he rest in peace.
