And with a heavy heart I must inform you that my sister-in-law Tracy Blair has passed away. At age 50, by way of natural causes, Tracy left this world to join her mother and her daughter in heaven. She was a good woman, a good mother and grandmother, and a great wife. She raised two strong, beautiful, amazing girls. She was a stay-at-home mom and devoted wife for 23 years.
