Traci Lynne Jacobs (nee Collins), 54, of  Wooster, OH, passed away on March 19, 2023, surrounded by her family and friends after a lengthy illness.

Traci was born in 1968 to Howard and JoAnne Collins in Lakewood, Ohio and immediately brought joy and laughter into the world.  A devoted "Ma" to Kayla and Kyan, her legacy will be carried on in her children. In 2013, she met Rob Reynolds and the two were inseparable from that point on.  Traci and Rob were together for 10 years and had helped one another in raising their respective children .

Traci was a fiercely dedicated to her family. Family came first and was above all else to Traci, a value she instilled in all those around her. Traci was kind and exuded a warmth to anyone she came into contact with. She cared deeply for others.

Traci was a 1987 graduate of Lorain Catholic High School.  Traci went on to obtain a degree in social work at Lorain County Community College and eventually went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Social Work through Case Western Reserve University. Traci fell in love with helping others and loved social work, she was a strong advocate for the mental health community.  Her passion and dedication to the field was remarkable. She taught at Youngstown State University as well as Lorain County Community College and was able to share her passion for social work with her students.

The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill.

Traci was predeceased by her Father, Grandparents and nephew, CJ.  She is survived by her Mother; JoAnne, her siblings; Christine (Phil Gullatta),  Kevin (Beth Graczyk) and Ken (Lindsay) Collins and her Nieces and Nephews; Corey Collins, Jake Collins, Bree Collins, Kelsey Collins, Mikayla Collins, Derek Collins, Logan Collins, Grace Collins, Cameron Collins, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family will receive friends at a Memorial Service on Saturday 3/25/2023 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Parish located at 200 St Joseph Dr, Amherst, OH 44001.  A private internment will take place at a later date. A luncheon will follow at the Parish Hall for immediate family.
