Torah Christine Hull, 16, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.
Torah was born on February 4, 2007, in Wichita, Kansas to Kelle Nowak and Robert Hull. She attended school at Roosevelt High School in Casper, Wyoming.
Torah loved being with her family and friends, along with attending school with her fellow classmates. She enjoyed going to movies, concerts and any outdoor adventure whether that took her camping or to her brothers …
