Tony's obituary
We mourn the loss of Tony Newman, a man of unparalleled vitality and youthfulness, who left us too soon on March 1, 2025. Born on May 2, 1971, Tony bestowed upon those around him a spirit that was effervescent and infectious - truly an eternal child.
Tony is predeceased by his father, David Newman, his mother, Mary Folger, and his niece, Brittney Pittman. However, he leaves behind a legacy in the form of his cherished family. Tony is survived by his brother, David Newman, and his sister, Tina Johnson. The torch of his vibrant spirit is also carried forward by his son, Cody Parks, and his daughters, Kaylee and Kinsey Parrisher.
Among Tony’s greatest accomplishments were his three beloved children. Their growth and prosperity were his proudest achievements, a testament to the power of his love and care.
Tony’s memory will also live on in his nephews, Joshua Newman and 21 great nieces and nephews, as well as his nieces, Kristina White and Tiffany Strickland. They were all a testament to the affection he showered upon his family.
A Celebration of Life service for Tony will be held on March 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM at 3219 Richmond Hill Rd. This will be an occasion to remember and honor Tony’s vibrant spirit, the joy and laughter he brought into our lives, and the love he had for his family.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that donations be made to aid with the cost of cremation, through the website https://everloved.com/life-of…. These contributions will serve as a poignant reminder of Tony’s impact and will be greatly appreciated.
Our lives are undeniably richer for knowing Tony, and his zest for life will continue to inspire all who were privileged enough to know him. Rest in peace, Tony. Your legacy will continue to shine brightly in those who loved you.
