Tony's obituary
Tony Alvin Gray, 63, of Canton, GA passed away on Monday, July 22nd, 2024. He was born on Monday, October 31st, 1960, in Charlottesville, VA and was the son of late Floyd Alvin Gray and Dorothy Dare Toms.
Tony graduated from Charlottesville HS in 1979, went straight into HVAC and had a distinguished 45-year career crossing over 4 different states during that time. He knew and loved everything HVAC and took great pride in his career path along the way.
Tony thoroughly enjoyed family time with his kids and grandkids. He loved his family whole-heartedly! He loved watching Kyle and Meredith play golf growing up, in college and even in their adult years. Some of the fondest family memories were made on the links! He was a frequent fan in the stands for Julian and Kamden’s baseball games, and Ryleigh’s dance recitals. To the dismay of some family members (Canes fans lol), he was an AVID Florida Gators fan and looked forward to doing the terrible Chomp motion every Fall football season.
Tony is survived by his children, Kyle Gray and Meredith Wetherington, his brother Frank Gray, and his grandchildren, Kamden, Brycen, Julian, Ryleigh and Braxton. There are no words that can describe how much he will be missed!
The family will be hosting a Celebration of Life for Tony on Sunday, August 11th from 1pm-4pm. Any contributions you feel are warranted.
