Obituary

Tommy Ray Sampson 1951-2024

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our husband, dad, brother and papa. He passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on April 5th, 2024. He was born on July 3rd, 1951 in Edmonton, AB to Marjorie and Raymond Sampson. He spent most of his childhood in Edmonton with his siblings Nancy and Don.

Tom was very interested in animals as a young boy; he was lovingly …

Personal note from The Sampson Family

We are thrilled to see so many family and friends joining the celebration for our dad. Thank you to those that are travelling to be here and we know that there are many others who would love to be here but cannot make it.
The time at the Holy Cross Cemetery will be short and sweet so please arrive early so we can start promptly at 1pm. Our dad's plot is located in the section of the cemetery dedicated to upright headstones. When you arrive at the Holy Cross Cemetery, you can either continue straight to come right to the space or turn left to drive past the mausoleum and begin to park at the end of the road.
We will be outside rain or shine for the graveside service while the celebration (2-5pm) will be held inside at Caernarvon Community League Hall. There is a parking lot and street parking available at the hall.
Our dad wanted his life to be celebrated so please wear what you are most comfortable in. Lunch will be provided with most dietary restrictions considered.
Please continue to share your photos that can be added to the slideshow and your memories that will stay on this website indefinitely.
If you have any questions, please email Nicole at nsampsonyoga@gmail.com or Steph at stephssampson@gmail.com.
We look forward to gathering with you all.
