Tommy's obituary

Tommy Taylor, 57 passed away  on July 22, 2022.  Tommy grew up in Mckinney, TX as a young boy living up the street from his Grandparents Joe and Wanda Taylor, cousins, aunts and uncles.  He later lived in Irving, TX  where he lived a large part of of his adult life across the street from his Grandparents Loyd and Betty Leatherbury.     He worked as an auto mechanic and maintenance engineer during his working career.  Tommy loved family, especially his children, Cristal, Tommy Weldon, Judy and Layla.   No matter the challenges Tommy faced, he always had a smile on his face and a kind word for others.   He will be dearly missed  and  forever remembered.


Tommy was predeceased by his Dad, Weldon Taylor, Grandparents, Joe & Wanda Taylor, Loyd &  Betty Leatherbury.    He is survived by his children,  Cristal Taylor King, Tommy Weldon Taylor, Judy Taylor and Layla Taylor, his mother, Sherry Caillet,  sister Tammy Salas, brothers Lloyd and Timothy Taylor and many nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, in-laws.   We request all of Tommy’s loved ones and friends join us in celebrating his life at Nick & Tammy Salas' Home at 9911 Hickory Crossing, Dallas, TX  75243 on Sunday, August 7th from 2pm to 4pm.
