Tommy Toshio Okutsu, 65, of Fresno, CA, passed away in his home on January 30, 2023 .

Tom was born on July 21, 1957 to Chiyoko "Jane" Kishima and Akira Okutsu in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from high school in 1975. After graduation he started his bakery repair service company, kicking off what would become a lifelong career in the industry. While he loved foreign cars, dogs, and sports, his four children, Jamie, Justin, Morgan, and Brooke were the joys of his life. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Chiyoko "Jane"  Kishima and Akira Okutsu, and his brother, Bobby Hideo Okutsu. He is survived by his siblings Maryann, Kenny, Richard, and children Justin (Kimberly) Okutsu, Jamie (Marshall) Day, Morgan (Logan) Black, Brooke (Jake) Ladd, and grandchildren Bret (Autumn) Dorn, Lillian and Viviann Day, Lila Black, Hallie Ladd, and great grandchild Sienna Dorn.

Funeral arrangements are being provided by Serenity Funeral Home of Fresno. Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints chapel at 220 N Peach Avenue in Clovis CA beginning at 2 pm.
