Tommy Toshio Okutsu, 65, of Fresno, CA, passed away in his home on January 30, 2023 .
Tom was born on July 21, 1957 to Chiyoko "Jane" Kishima and Akira Okutsu in Tacoma, Washington. He graduated from high school in 1975. After graduation he started his bakery repair service company, kicking off what would become a lifelong career in the industry.
