Tommy Gail Griffith, 61, of Surveyor, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017, following a short illness.
 Born July 11, 1955, in Beckley, West Virginia. He was the son of the late Henderson Griffith and Hattie Goff Griffith. Tommy enjoyed riding four wheelers, playing cards and watching his favorite tv shows.
 Those left to cherish his memory include his brothers, Ray Griffith of Lester, Frankie Griffith of Sandlick, Bobby Griffith of Surveyor, Larry Griffith of Surveyor and Dale Griffith; sisters, Josie McCarren of Lansing, MI, Marie Cunningham of Beckley, Margaret Mulhern of Surveyor, Ellen Thompson of Comfort, Dorothy Barker of Eccles, Phyllis Allen of Fairdale, Martha Clark of Surveyor and Wilma Barnett of Statesville, NC; a host of nieces and nephews.
 Friends may gather with the family Monday, February 27, 2017, from 1-2pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
 Funeral service will be held 2pm Monday, February 27, 2017, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffrey Perdue officiating.
