Tom Roger Garrett went home to be with Jesus on May 28, 2023 in Kyenjojo, Uganda, Africa where his body is buried. Tom was born in 1956 near Abilene, Texas to Roger Q. and Ruth Garrett. There he spent his childhood years and graduated from Cooper High School in 1975. In 1979 he graduated from Asbury University in Kentucky where met and married his wife, Laura Miller Garrett from Terre Haute, Indiana. Throughout the years …
