Jayme, I met Todd in Portland.  He gave me a job at Soffritto and a place to live.  Todd was a big teddy bear and I am sad to hear of his passing.  My best to you and Woody.
I worked with Todd back in Danvers Ma. at the Radisson Ferncroft. He was the very young and talented Banquet Chef. I was the restaurant sauteed Chef . So sorry for your loss I was watching a food show and they were doing a ice carving. And I thought of Todd for the first time in years he was amazing at Ice Sculptures. Sad because I also live in Maine . Garry Dupill

Jayme and Woody, I'm so sorry to learn about Todd's passing.  I am glad to have known him when he had managed to overcome his addiction for a time.  Despite everything, I know how much you both cherished him, as well as his love for both of you.  May his soul find peace at last.  Cary

I'm sorry to hear about Todd. I worked with Todd many years ago in Jacksonville FL. He was a great guy and a great chef. My condolences to you and your family.
