Todd Macbeth, 60, passed away on May 1, 2025, in Moosup, Connecticut. Born on April 7, 1965, in Voluntown, Connecticut, Todd lived a life marked by creativity, humor, and a deep commitment to those he cared about.
A graduate of Plainfield High School, Todd went on to earn an Associate’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Drafting from Thames Valley State Technical Institute. He took great pride in his work and was known for his problem-solving skills and dedication to doing things right.
Todd had a vibrant personality and a sharp sense of humor. A true jokester at heart, he delighted in giving friends and family playful nicknames—always meant as terms of endearment. His lighthearted teasing was one of the many ways he showed affection. Those who knew him best understood that behind every joke was a man who cared deeply and gave generously of himself.
His artistic talent was evident in his passion for building custom electric guitars. This creative pursuit combined his love for craftsmanship with his appreciation for music and design. Each instrument he crafted was a reflection of his ingenuity and attention to detail.
Todd is survived by his mother, Erma Macbeth, and his sister, Heather Macbeth. He was predeceased by his father, Gerard Macbeth, and his brother, Scott Macbeth.
Todd was loved and will be deeply missed by family and friends alike.
A graveside Memorial Service will be held on October 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery 99 Evergreen Street Moosup, CT
