Happy Heavenly Birthday,Hoppi. 💛 When I first even heard of your passing, I heard your voice saying your two favorite and funniest lines in my head..” you’re fooling me, and I don’t like it. It’s an illusion and I don’t know why.” (in my best British accent.) 😭 I miss you Hoppi. I miss driving around in your minivan or that little truck you had with the cap on it singing my heart out to Pat Benatar or how much my daughter adored you because you were always making her laugh, and seeing the joy in your eyes when I got to meet YOUR kids, you excelled in everything you ever did. I wish I could put you in my pocket, but as Susie would say stop getting boo-boo faced, and let’s remember the good times..like I know if we were together later, we’d be going to the village for karaoke and singing, “leather and lace.” or I could still see you standing up there singing You don’t have to call me, darling. And of course I would have to do your favorite Fleetwood Mac song. It’s just not fair. Please say hi to my daddy and Ralphie and Susie and don’t forget us down here that miss and love all of you every day. The world was a better place because you were in it. Love you,my friend. Til we meet again on that mountain high. 😞💔
I am in shock....Hoppi and I played Poker in the same circle of friends..you will be missed...he was a wonderful guy..
My cousin.... My favorite childhood "mean" cousin. I have sooo many childhood memories ... You picked on Stacey and I sooo much.... we were the babies. But as I grew older...i figured out.... You were just looking out for us.
My heart hurts that you're gone.... I wish we would've gotten to know eachother as "adults"....
But from everything I know to be true.... You were a great father... son and brother.
I love you cousin.... and ill see you later.
Xoxo
