Todd's obituary
Todd Steven French
September 15, 1958 – January 6, 2026
Todd Steven French passed away on January 6, 2026, leaving behind a life defined by hard work, deep love, and a personality that was equal parts stubborn and endlessly funny.
Todd was many things: a skilled builder who could fix or create just about anything, a tireless worker, a man who took pride in doing things right—and doing them himself. He was truly a “Mr. Do-It-All,” the kind of person others relied on, whether it was for building, repairing, or simply figuring things out.
Above all, Todd was a deeply loving man. He shared a lifelong bond with Beth Gioldasis, his best friend and companion. Though their relationship evolved over the years, their closeness never faded. They lived side by side for decades, building a life rooted in friendship, loyalty, and mutual care.
Todd also held a special place in the heart of Alexia Gioldasis Vences, who knew him as one of her grandfather figures she had her entire life. From laughter and guidance to everyday moments that quietly meant everything, Todd’s presence was constant, steady, and full of love.
He is survived by his children—Jason, Joshua, Shea, and Brandi—and their children, whom he loved in his own way and whose place in his story will always remain important.
When Todd wasn’t working with his hands, he enjoyed the simple joys of life: a good movie night, cooking up a pot of his beloved goulash, and indulging his well-known sweet tooth. He had a sharp sense of humor, a stubborn streak he wore proudly, and a warmth that made people feel safe, cared for, and at home.
Todd Steven French will be remembered as a builder of more than just things—he built relationships, memories, and a life that mattered deeply to those who truly knew him. He will be missed beyond words and carried forward in the hearts of all who loved him.
