Todd's obituary
Todd was born on December 20, 1960 to Ron and Marcia Blacklaw in Lebanon, Oregon. On July 7, 1985 he met Candi, and they were married on July 7, 1990, going on to have 3 children. He enjoyed boating, fishing, road trips, and spending time with his family.
Todd was predeceased by his parents Ron and Marcia, brother Rocky, and daughter Katelen. He is survived by his wife Candi, two sons BoDean and Austin, and two grandchildren, Hunter and Hazel.
Todd was mostly a private person throughout his life. There will be no services held, at Todd's request.
